CIG Travel does not own or operate any of the accommodations, tours, excursions, vacation packages, and any form of transportation including but not limited to: aircraft, cruise ships, busses, rental cars and other forms of transportation used in connection with booking travel. Their use is subject to the conditions and regulations of the various Tour Operators and Transportation Companies concerned and the applicable local or international law.

CIG Travel shall not be held responsible for any act, omission or event caused by the Tour Operators, Transportation Companies, Hotels, Cruises of these services.

Each booking constitute the sole contract between the Traveler and Tour Operator and Traveler must adhere to the Tour Operator’s Terms and Conditions and Cancelation Policies which varies between each Tour Operator.

Airfares –  the conditions contained on the Traveler airline ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the Traveler.

Cruises, Tours, Excursions and Vacation Packages – the conditions contained on the Traveler voucher and or Travel Document shall constitute the sole contract between the Tour Operator and the Traveler.

Traveler is responsible to have required documents including but not limited to ID Card, Driver License, International Driver License, Passport, and Visa in good standing conditions, valid, and on hand.

CIG Travel strongly advises all Travelers to obtain Travel Insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
